Behind the scenes, you’ll keep the CRM organised and accurate, ensuring conversations, opportunities and next steps are captured and visible to the wider team.

YOU
You’re proactive by nature and comfortable starting conversations.
You enjoy building relationships and staying connected with customers over time. Picking up the phone doesn’t faze you - in fact, you enjoy it.
You have at least 5 years of experience in customer service, internal sales, or outbound client engagement.
You’re organised, detail-focused and confident managing follow-ups, customer conversations and CRM systems.
You bring a commercial mindset, always looking for ways to strengthen relationships and create new opportunities.
Experience in signage, print, manufacturing, wraps or B2B services would be highly regarded.
