With a long-standing portfolio of assets across retail, office and industrial assets, they work closely with private investors and owner-operators, backed by strong systems, trusted relationships and a no-nonsense approach to getting things done right. your role This is a hands-on Senior Trust Accountant role within a high-performing accounts team of two. You’ll work closely with the Trust Accountant and Property Managers across the portfolio to ensure the trust function is accurate, compliant and running seamlessly, including: Daily trust receipting and bank reconciliations, shared with the other Trust Accountant Processing rent, outgoings and creditor payments Preparing landlord statements Managing tenant ledgers, bonds and adjustments Trust reporting and compliance Supporting PMs with financial queries and portfolio insights your advantage Must have experience in commercial property trust accounting Strong understanding of trust legislation and compliance requirements High attention to detail with a structured, process-driven mindset Confidence across reconciliations and reporting Clear communication and ability to partner with PM teams Pride in running a clean, reliable trust function your perks Salary up to $123,200 including super (dependent on experience) 1-day WFH after initial onboarding period (3–6 months) Stable portfolio properties across diverse asset classes Work alongside another experienced Trust Accountant Established systems and structured processes already in place Collaborative, down-to-earth team environment Long-term opportunity within a quality-focused agency your casa contact: Sam Di Natale, Director phone number : 0448 448 338 email: samd@casarecruitment.com.au Ready to make a move that feels like home?
