**Operations Coordinator**
TRS Resourcing has been tasked with finding a suitable and experienced Operations Coordinator for our client on a Full-Time basis.
The role is responsible for the coordination, general maintenance, supply and installation of transportable kitchens and auxiliary units for customers within Australasia. You'll be based out of the head office in Cambellfield and report to both the Managing Director and Sales Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and coordinate site operations, including fleet movements, dispatch, installations, and collections within the catering events sector.
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and sheet metal tasks for installation and repairs as required.
- Estimate resources, materials, and equipment needed for each project, ensuring efficient allocation and cost management.
- Handle service calls and customer queries, providing excellent customer support and ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on fleet movements, inventory, and customer interactions.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in site management or service roles within the construction/building industry.
- Forklift License (Preferable)
- White Card (Preferable)
