About the role:
This is a hands-on position where you’ll be responsible for driving used vehicle sales performance. Whether you come from a senior consultant background or have leadership experience, you’ll play a key role in maximising opportunities, mentoring others (if applicable), and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
* Sell and manage used vehicle stock to achieve and exceed targets
* Build rapport and deliver a seamless customer journey from enquiry to delivery
* Appraise trade-ins and negotiate confidently
* Maintain strong knowledge of stock, pricing, and market trends
* Oversee operations and performance at the new Stuart Park site
* (For Manager level) Lead, coach, and motivate the team to drive performance
What we’re looking for:
* Proven success in automotive sales (used car experience highly regarded)
* Strong closing skills and confidence in negotiations
* Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
* Professional presentation and customer-first approach
* Leadership capability or readiness to step into a management role
