What You Will Do
Deliver an exceptional standard of service to all guests and stakeholders
Respond to all guest enquiries over phone or email
Convert enquiries into bookings through sales strategies and relationship-building
Manage booking processes from enquiry to arrival with accuracy and efficiency
Communicate booking details clearly with internal teams and guests
Maintain records and ensure all data is up-to-date
What You Bring
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
A proactive and professional attitude with attention to detail
Experience in reservations, front office, or hospitality preferred
Ability to work collaboratively with property managers, guests, and vendors
Familiarity with property management systems is a plus
