Position Overview
We are looking for a Sales Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer communication, sales support, and order processing, while also assisting with inventory management and marketing initiatives. This role requires bilingual skills (Chinese and English) and offers strong career development opportunities, including sponsorship for outstanding performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, WeChat and other channels, handle product inquiries and process orders;
- Provide professional product information and after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction;
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, conduct regular follow-ups and encourage repeat purchases;
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and abnormal situations to ensure a positive service experience;
- Conduct daily inventory checks to ensure data accuracy;
- Participate in marketing tasks such as client follow-ups, promotional activities, and brand campaigns;
- Collect and organize customer feedback and sales data to support the team in achieving sales targets.
Requirements
- High proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred;
- Strong communication skills, service mindset, and ability to express ideas clearly;
- Quick learner, able to master product knowledge efficiently;
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team player;
- Able to work under pressure and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits
- Day shift hourly rate: from AUD 30;
- Night shifts hourly rate: from AUD 35;
- Shift options: (0:00–9:00 / 9:00–18:00 / 20:00–5:00)
- 38 hours days per week, flexible scheduling negotiable.
- 6-month probation period, with early conversion to permanent role for outstanding performance;
- Systematic training and clear promotion opportunities (e.g. Sales Supervisor);
