An exciting opportunity to join a high‐performing Guest Relations team within CBRE's Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) division, supporting the prestigious account. This is a fixed‐term contract, 4 days a week, Monday to Thursday in a fast‐paced role within a premium corporate environment.

About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional day‐to‐day Guest Relations operations, ensuring all client requirements are met to the highest standard. This role supports the Melbourne Guest Relations Team, working closely with the Senior Associate and the Guest Relations Manager to maintain professional standards, systems, and service delivery excellence.
What You'll Do
Operations & Service Delivery
* Support daily Guest Relations operations including:
o Reception desk management
o Meeting room suites
* Ensure consistent adherence to professional and operational standards
* Maintain presentation and functionality of reception and client‐facing areas
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients
* Understand stakeholder requirements to align service delivery and maximise value
* Provide timely client feedback and resolve concerns professionally
Guest Experience
* Welcome and assist clients and visitors
* Announce guest arrivals and escort visitors where required
* Deliver a high‐quality, professional front‐of‐house experience
Meeting & Event Coordination
* Manage the Meeting Room Booking System (MRBS) including:
o Bookings, cancellations, and amendments
o Proactive planning for upcoming meetings
o Coordinate catering, audio‐visual requirements, room set‐ups and pack‐downs
* Assist in organising client events, including:
o Function planning and logistics
o Vendor coordination
o On‐site event supervision
Team Support & Coordination
* Assist with daily operational coverage as and when required
Administrative Duties
* Assist with project work and reporting as required
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
* Ensure compliance with WHS (Work Health & Safety) policies
* Report incidents within required timeframes
What You'll Need
* Strong organisational and time‐management skills
* High attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Professional presentation and customer service approach
* Ability to prioritise, delegate, and manage multiple tasks
* Strong problem‐solving and complaint resolution skills
* Experience in:
o Corporate reception, or
o Five‐star hotel environment
