Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor laboratory scientists in the development and validation of high-quality bioanalytical and biomarker assays.
* Oversee execution of PK, ADA, biomarker, and flow cytometry assays to support nonclinical and clinical studies.
* Ensure timely delivery of data and technical insights to inform business decisions.
