Job Description
* Develop and implement WHS policies and procedures in alignment with legislative requirements.
* Conduct regular risk assessments and site inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
* Act as the key point of contact for contractor and client safety queries
* Monitor and report on workplace incidents, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up actions.
* Maintain compliance with local and national WHS regulations.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this role
* Safety qualifications to a minimum of Certificate IV
* Experience in the construction or commercial maintenance industry
* Strong understanding of Australian WHS legislation and compliance requirements.
* Exposure to contractor and sub-contractor management in a safety setting
* Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across various teams.
* Proven ability to develop and implement safety strategies.
