The Role 
- Lead and develop the swim school team to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality swim instruction from infants through to squad levels 
- Manage swim school rosters, scheduling, and daily program operations 
- Drive enrolments through proactive community engagement and relationship building 
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, child protection requirements, and pool operations. Full training will be provided 
- Act as the face of the swim school, building trust and loyalty with families and the local community 
- Collaborate with the Facility Manager to support overall facility success 
What You\'ll Bring 
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team to deliver high-quality swim instruction and customer service 
- Manage rosters, scheduling, and swim program operations efficiently 
- Build strong relationships with families, the local community, and internal stakeholders 
- Drive enrolments through proactive communication, marketing, and engagement initiatives 
- Work collaboratively with the Facility Manager to support overall facility success 
- Demonstrate strong organisation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills 
- Maintain a people-first mindset, ensuring a positive and safe environment for staff and customers 
Experience in the aquatics or swim school industry is preferred but not essential. What matters most is your ability to lead, organise, and inspire a team while delivering exceptional experiences. Availability at least one day on the weekend is required. 
Qualifications 
All CVM employees must hold a valid Paid Blue Card. You will also need to be willing to obtain, at your own cost, the following qualifications. We can assist with booking and offer a staff discount: 
- Swim Teacher and Water Safety qualification 
- First Aid 
- CPR and Pool Lifeguard certifications
