You’ll lead a busy site, manage a large team, and play a key role in delivering reliable, efficient freight services to our customers in North Queensland.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily site operations – inbound, outbound, local fleet, and contractors
- Leading and developing a team of 45+ staff and supervisors
- Managing performance, costs, KPIs, and compliance
- Ensuring WHS, NHVAS, fatigue, and DG standards are met
- Working closely with the Branch Manager to improve service, safety, and efficiency
- Building relationships with customers, suppliers, and the wider community

- Good understanding of transport compliance and logistics processes
- Ability to manage budgets, rosters, and performance targets
