Location: Melbourne-wide (travel required within a ~50km radius + occasional regional)
Work Schedule: 5 flexible days per week (min. 1 weekend day required)
Non-working period mid-December to early-February (approx. 5 weeks)

We're looking for confident, energetic, creative photographers who love working with children and going the extra mile, to join our (small but mighty) VIC team in February 2026
We're Looking For Someone Who:
* Loves working with kids and families and brings a cheerful, playful vibe
* Is reliable, motivated team players with a positive, can-do attitude
* Thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments and adapts easily
* Manages time, planning, and problem-solving like a pro
* Has a genuine passion for photography and delivers excellent, personalised customer service
* Knows a camera inside out (manual mode only) and adjust settings quickly as light changes
* Is friendly, professional, and adaptable with clients
* Has serious "Child whispering" skills (comfortable with children from 3 months and up)
* Are comfortable working a rotating, flexible roster where no two weeks are the same

The Role:
* Photograph preschools, kinders, and childcare services (weekdays)
* Family portrait days on weekends (includes some sales)
* Build positive relationships with children, families, clients, and teammates
* Maintain strong attention to detail in a very fast-paced environment
* Travel across Melbourne and occasionally to regional VIC (we really don't sit still)
Requirements:
* Essential: Driver's license + your own vehicle (must be happy to travel)
* Essential: Employer Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain immediately)
* Essential: National Police Check (or willing to obtain immediately)
* Essential: Australian citizenship or permanent residency
* 3 years' of professional photography experience (minimum)
* Experience photographing children and families highly regarded
* This is a very active role—lots of moving, crouching, running after kids, time on your feet, lifting gear, and rarely sitting still (we've warned you)
