We are seeking a Settlements Team Leader who will oversee verification processes within the Settlements Team, ensuring compliance accuracy and operational efficiency. This role involves leading a team conducting monthly quality assurance reviews performing daily quality checks and providing guidance training and support to team members.
The ideal candidate will be tasked with identifying process gaps and implementing improvements to boost overall efficiency. The role requires optimizing workflows and ensuring Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets are met consistently. Strong leadership analytical skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities
* Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
* Team Leadership & Development: Provide guidance training and support to team members.
* Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
* Process Improvement & Technical Support: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
* Escalations & Issue Resolution: Act as the primary escalation point for verification issues.
* Support for Day-to-Day Operations: Provide assistance to the team as needed.
Key Qualifications
A minimum of 3-5 years of people management experience within the finance industry is required.
