As a Senior Business Banking Manager, you will achieve this by primarily developing & maintaining relationships with brokers, real estate agents, accountants (including other business bank lending affiliates) prospective and new to bank business owners.Banking is changing and we’re changing with it, giving our people great opportunities to try new things, learn and grow. Whatever your role at ANZ, you’ll be building your future, while helping to build ours.Role Type: PermanentRole Location: Sydney NSWWork Hours: Full-timeWhat will your day look like?This role is accountable for:Maintaining and leveraging deep circle of influence & broker relationships in order to achieve new to bank customersDriving a structured & disciplined weekly sales operating rhythm to achieve strong sales momentumUsing data & insights to engage with potential and existing customers to identify opportunitiesNew to bank acquisition including cold callingEffectively manage overall sales & revenue performance measured by Business Lending FUM drawn and other cross-sell opportunitiesManaging onboarding of new to bank customers and supporting effective handover to remote customer service propositionOverall accountability for having a well-managed business relating to operational risk and credit riskDeveloping strong relationships, influence & collaborate with internal stakeholders to solve complex problemsDriving outstanding customer experience and outcomes measured through Net Promotor Score improvementDelivering excellent customer focus with genuine curiosity for understanding customer drivers and delivering solutions to meet their needsWhat will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Experience in maintaining and leveraging deep circle of influence & broker relationshipsAbility to drive a structured & disciplined weekly sales operating rhythmProficiency in using data & insights to engage with potential and existing customersExperience in new to bank acquisition including cold callingAbility to manage overall sales & revenue performanceExperience in onboarding new to bank customers and supporting effective handoverAccountability for managing operational and credit riskStrong relationship-building and collaboration skillsFocus on driving outstanding customer experienceCuriosity for understanding customer drivers and delivering solutionsYou’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
