An exciting opportunity awaits you in the livestock industry. Our program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this dynamic field.
You will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of livestock, from production to marketing. You will also have the chance to develop your leadership skills and work with experienced professionals in the industry.
The 24-month program includes four leadership and skill-building workshops, on-the-job training, and mentorship. You will work in both saleyard and branch environments, learning effective selling and relationship building techniques.

What We're Looking For:
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about agriculture and have a strong desire to learn and succeed. You should possess excellent customer service skills and strong negotiation abilities.
To be considered for this program, you must have:
* Successful completion of Year 12
* At least 2 years of experience in the agricultural industry, preferably in livestock
* Willingness to relocate at the conclusion or throughout the program
* Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency
* Vaccination against Q Fever
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Leadership potential and a genuine interest in the livestock industry
