ISLHD are seeking a highly experienced Speech Pathologist for our new Level 3 Rehabilitation Speech Pathology position at Wollongong Hospital. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse adult caseload and contribute to high-quality, evidence-based inpatient rehabilitation services, and may include community outreach.

As a Level 3 Speech Pathologist you will provide specialised assessment and intervention for adults with communication and swallowing disorders within acute, rehabilitation, and community outreach settings. You will work collaboratively with medical, nursing, and allied health colleagues to support patient-centred care and functional outcomes, and support staff and student development.

The successful applicant may be required to work at any ISLHD site and may be rostered weekends and public holidays.

Wollongong Hospital is the Illawarra Shoalhaven's major referral and teaching hospital and has a bed-base count of more than 500. The campus, which incorporates the Illawarra Regional Cancer Care Centre, provides a comprehensive range of inpatient, outpatient and community-based services.
