We're looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane to deliver initiatives that contribute to sales outcomes and enhance the customer experience. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.

What you'll be doing:
As a Marketing Coordinator at Hastings Deering, you will:
* Assist the Marketing & CX team with executing campaigns and initiatives.
* Support automated communications (email and SMS) and website updates, including building landing pages.
* Maintain up‑to‑date, brand‑compliant Marketing materials.
* Help plan and deliver customer‑facing events, including logistics and reporting.
* Coordinate content creation (photography, videography, creative assets).
* Liaise with external suppliers and agencies for timely, cost‑effective delivery.
* Maintain Marketing & CX SharePoint and image library.
* Provide support on departmental projects as required.

What you'll need:
* Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent
* Solid understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
* Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, financial acumen, and ability to multi‑task under deadlines.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* 2 years' experience in a marketing role.
* Proficient in Adobe Suite or Canva.
