The Pilbara Region is a vast and diverse area, home to numerous national parks and protected areas. We are seeking an experienced leader to take on the role of Regional Leader Parks and Visitor Services.
This position requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate teams to deliver high-quality visitor experiences. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in visitor services, financial management, team leadership, and negotiation with stakeholders.
About the Role
* Lead and coordinate the development and delivery of parks and visitor services in the Pilbara Region.
* Work closely with Aboriginal communities and manage cultural heritage sites.
* Develop and implement operational plans, management plans, and strategies for parks and visitor services.
* Manage budgets and finances related to parks and visitor services.
* Lead and manage teams to deliver visitor experience programs.

Selection Criteria
* Visitor Services Experience: Extensive experience in visitor services associated with the natural environment.
* Financial Management: Considerable experience in financial management and other management systems.
* Leadership Skills: Effective management and leadership of teams.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging and communicating with Traditional Owners and joint management partners.
