Role Overview
This position involves providing support during emergency responses and promoting community safety through various activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in response teams for fire and other emergencies.
* Conduct educational sessions to raise awareness about emergency preparedness.
* Regularly engage in drills and training courses to maintain competencies.
* Meet attendance standards for emergency incidents and training sessions.
Requirements:
* Hold Australian permanent resident status.
* Possess a manual C-class driver's license.
* Obtain employer consent for attending incidents where applicable.
* Reside or work within reasonable distance of auxiliary fire station.
