About the Role
This position is part of the finance team responsible for providing tailored financial solutions to customers. The role involves supporting sales targets and customer satisfaction by offering professional and ethical finance options.
* Assist clients in securing finance for vehicles.
* Present tailored finance options and close applications according to compliance requirements.
* Buildeffective relationships with clients and internal sales teams across multiple branches.
* Maintain accurate records and report weekly finance results.
* E nsure all processes align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
* Promote workplace health and safety standards.
Key Skills
* NCCP accreditation to sell insurance.
* Police check (mandatory).
* Knowledge of General Insurance Code of Practice, Anti-Money Laundering, and Counter-Terrorism legislation.
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Previous experience in automotive or heavy truck finance industry (preferred).
* Strong communication, negotiation, and marketing skills.
* High attention to detail and commercial acumen.
