Your team Reporting to the Chief Mental Health function, and as a key member of the Health, Safety & Wellbeing team, you will play an integral role in taking CBA's psychosocial risk management strategy from good to great. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and analytically minded Organisational Psychologist with approximately 2–3 years of corporate experience to join our Health, Safety and Wellbeing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about creating psychologically safe workplaces and driving operational excellence through evidence-based practices. Key Responsibilities: Psychosocial Risk Assessments: Lead and support the design, execution, and analysis of psychosocial risk assessments across various business units. Data Analysis & Insights: Apply strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to inform wellbeing strategies. Survey Tools & Applications: Utilise a range of survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Culture Amp, Microsoft Forms) to design, deploy, and analyse employee experience and wellbeing surveys. Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimisation within the Health, Safety and Wellbeing function. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed psychological safety principles into operational practices. Reporting & Communication: Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for senior leadership, translating data into meaningful narratives. Qualifications & Experience: Degree in Organisational Psychology or a related discipline. 2–3 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in health, safety, wellbeing, or HR. Demonstrated experience conducting psychosocial risk assessments. Proficiency in survey design and data analysis tools. Strong operational and process improvement skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Desirable Attributes: Passion for psychological safety and employee wellbeing.
