About the job Administrator/Data Entry Officer
Our client is currently searching for an Administrator/Data Entry Officer to join their poultry supplier company in their office location in Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
* Daily admin duties
* Placing orders through the system
* Maintaining stock control orders
* Contacting the contract management to ensure the orders are being delivered to branch
* Assisting reception
* Participate in the proceedings of meetings and provide executive support and follow up on actions as necessary, whilst keeping all participants and stakeholders informed.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years)
* Administrative/ business background
* Poultry knowledge is an advantage
* Advanced Microsoft office platform skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Great attention to detail
The successful applicant will need to have all COVID Vaccinations to meet state regulations.
