Oz Education Early Learning Centres is growing, and we're looking for a passionate People & Culture Manager to support our teams, uplift workplace culture, and ensure our educators feel valued, connected, and empowered.
About the Role
In this dynamic, relationship-focused position, you will work closely with Centre Directors, Assistant Directors, Educational Leaders, educators, and our Head Office team to foster a positive, high-performing culture across multiple sites. Your work will directly impact team morale, professional growth, and the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Boost educator and leadership morale, champion wellbeing initiatives, and promote a positive workplace culture.
* Conduct leadership appraisals and provide ongoing coaching and support to Centre Directors and team leaders.
* Oversee induction processes, onboarding, and training schedules to ensure new team members feel supported from day one.
* Enhance engagement between centres and Head Office through consistent communication and relationship-building.
* Manage staffing matters, including performance concerns, conflict resolution, and formal disciplinary processes.
* Travel to services across NSW and VIC as required to provide hands-on support and maintain strong site relationships.
Required Qualifications & Checks
* Qualification in Human Resources, People & Culture, or a related field.
* Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
* National Police Check (current).
Desirable
* Experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector.
* Familiarity with HR processes in a multi-site or service-based environment.
