We're looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to take on one of the fastest-growing regions in Queensland: Brisbane North through to the Sunshine Coast.

What You'll Get:
- Base wage negotiable (treated as a commission draw)
- Commission: 2% per sale (on a $700K home = $14K ) Debt / Credit System.
- Cover your base with approx. 4 sales/year
- Every sale after that = full $14K commission in your pocket
Uncapped Earning Potential (example only):
- Sell 1 home/month = ~$168K/year (including base)
- Sell 2 homes/month = ~$280K/year
- Sell 3 homes/month = ~$392K/year
Payments at contract and slab stage
No upfront costs — all builder systems, contracts and support provided
What You'll Be Doing:
- Generate and follow up leads in Brisbane North & Sunshine Coast
- Match clients with land and home designs
- Prepare and price house & land packages
- Present floorplans, inclusions, and upgrades
- Guide clients through to contract signing
- Build strong relationships with developers, agents, and clients
- Represent the brand at markets, land estates, Display Homes and offices.
About You:
- Sales experience essential (housing highly regarded)
- Confident, outgoing, and driven to succeed
- Strong communicator who builds trust quickly
- Organised, reliable, and eager to grow with the brand
- Passionate about property and helping families build their dream homes
- Wanting to genuinely help people
