Good Shepherd is seeking an experienced administrator to provide administrative support for operational logistics and resource management.
This critical role works closely with the designated Head of School and Deputy Principal to ensure accurate calendar management and support its implementation through resource bookings and coordination of logistics.
The successful candidate will manage contracted bus services, coordinate venue hire and camps, support event planning and delivery, and assist with policy development and risk oversight.
Key responsibilities include preparing presentations and reports for compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.
This position requires a highly organised, detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
