Maternity Relief Receptionist/Administration Clerk
We are looking for a receptionist/administration clerk for maternity relief starting early 2026 for a period of at least 6 months. This position could extend beyond the maternity leave period for a candidate who is interested in developing their skills in the bookkeeping field.
This is a Monday to Friday position with flexible working arrangements for the right person. Proposed hours would be between 32hrs – 38hrs a week depending on current workload. School hours would be considered for the right person.
Initial Duties will include:
* Reception and telephone
* Interactions with clients and government departments
* Compilation and typing of correspondence
* General office duties
* Provide administration support to all accounting staff
The successful applicant must be:
* Proficient in the Microsoft Suite
* Have a high level of organisation with great attention to detail
* Be customer focused and have excellent communication skills
* Have good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
* Able to work well under pressure both independently and as part of a team
* Bookkeeping experience advantageous
