The opportunity
As a technology Business Partner, you will sit within the Digital Engagement portfolio and partner with senior stakeholders across the Chief Data Office, Office of General Counsel and Strategy.
This is a relationship-led role where you will build relationships with senior leaders, translate demand into clear roadmaps, and support the mobilisation of technology initiatives through sizing, costing and delivery planning.
What you'll do
* Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across data, legal and strategy portfolios.
* Facilitate engagement, demand, roadmap and prioritisation conversations.
* Translate business needs into technology requirements, priorities and practical next steps.
* Support initiative sizing, costing and mobilisation with Technology delivery teams.
* Track progress, manage competing demand and keep stakeholders informed.
What we're looking for
* Partnering and engagement: Experience in a client-facing technology business partnering or engagement role, comfortable talking tech with delivery teams and business with stakeholders.
* Collaborative and service-minded: You enjoy helping stakeholders get to a good outcome and can bring them with you through a complex, evolving technology landscape, making sense of competing demand as it shifts.
* Follow-through: Stakeholders know where they stand with you, including when plans or timelines shift.
* Project background: Experience mobilising initiatives or working as a project manager, enough to set delivery teams up for success and monitor progress through to handover.
