Assistant Store Leadership Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in leading daily store operations, coaching and developing your team, and driving store sales and performance.
* Support the Store Manager in achieving store sales targets and KPIs
* Inspire and guide the team to deliver exceptional customer service and performance
* Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation
* Manage wage costs and contribute to effective rostering
* Mentor and coach team members to support their growth and development
* Help maintain a safe and compliant store environment
