Project Director Job Description
The key responsibility of this role is to provide strategic leadership and oversight for all developments and projects within our organization. The Project Director will be responsible for devising, negotiating, executing, and implementing innovative capital management structures to achieve customer and commercial outcomes.
* Provide end-to-end accountability for managing all developments and projects to serve the mission and sustainability of our organization.
* Devise and implement innovative capital management structures to achieve customer and commercial outcomes.
* Support the Strategic Asset Management program by contributing commercial, risk analysis, and financial guidance to optimize the use of capital assets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* Current driver's license and Working with Children Check.
* Substantial experience as a Project Director of property development and construction projects, with a minimum value of $20M.
* Demonstrated leadership experience in a similar role.
* Comprehensive knowledge of the Health and Aged Care industries.
