Cafe shifts run from 8:15 am to 5:00 pm.
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable barista to join our busy cafe team at the National Museum of Australia.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers
* Ensuring the cafe area, equipment, and utensils are clean and well-maintained
* Providing excellent customer service, including taking orders
* Adhering to food safety regulations and following proper procedures
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
* Previous experience as a barista in a busy cafe.
* skills of latte art, maintain a coffee machine independently.
* A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* A valid RSA certificate
