Overview

Join our Burnie Service department team as a Service Advisor – Where Your People Skills and Passion for Cars Come Together!

Are you a people-person with a knack for organisation and a solid work ethic? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team!

In this key front-line role, you'll be the link between our valued customers and our skilled workshop team. You'll greet customers, understand their needs, explain the work to be done in a clear and friendly way, and make sure every job is costed accurately and completed to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and understand their needs, acting as the link between customers and the workshop team
- Explain required work in a clear and friendly manner
- Ensure jobs are costed accurately and completed to the highest standard
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive workshop flow

Qualifications

- A genuine ability to relate to people and build trust quickly
- Mechanical knowledge or a willingness to learn so you can confidently explain vehicle issues and repairs
- Strong administration and time management skills, including accurate job costing
- A team player who takes pride in their work and keeps things running smoothly
- A current driver's license (manual preferred)
