Skills and experience
1. Hold Certificate IV Training and Assessment or equivalent
2. Minimum of 3 years’ post-graduate nursing experience
3. Hold current registration with relevant professional body AHPRA
4. Be experienced in applying adult learning principles and competencies in teaching and program development
5. Have highly developed relationship building, teamwork and interpersonal skills
6. Have knowledge of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards and experience delivering learning outcomes under the Aged Care Accreditation Standards
