The Role
As a Store Manager you'll lead a dynamic team of sales associates, driving business results and maintaining visual merchandising standards across the store.
* Lead team to achieve sales targets and maintain high-quality store presentations
* Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to grow
* Manage rosters and wage costs, coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and maintain store presentation standards
• Manage store operations, including rostering, payroll and stock control
