We are seeking a Head Chef who is passionate about modern Mediterranean cuisine, thrives in a premium yet relaxed dining environment, and leads by example. You will shape and evolve our menu, mentor a dedicated kitchen team, and work closely with management and the front of house to deliver a cohesive guest experience. We believe FOH and BOH operate as one team, united in service and excellence.
You will be hands on, creative, organised and commercially minded. This is a leadership role suited to someone who values stability and wants to build something meaningful, not just cook. Strong communication, calm energy, and a commitment to positive culture are essential.
