Reporting to the Human Resources Director ANZ, this exciting role will be based in our Orchard Hills site on a full-time basis.About Us:Snackbrands Australia is part of Intersnack Group, a German snack food company founded in 1968 with operations in 27 countries. Our aim is for our people to share in our success, enjoy our products, and reap the benefits of their hard work within a supportive environment where work-life balance is encouraged!About the Role:The Senior Human Resources Business Partner partners closely with members of the Australia and New Zealand HR team and Supply Chain & Operations stakeholders. The role is responsible for HR business partnering across Australian Supply Chain and Operations. You will support the design and implementation of people strategies and activities to deliver outcomes aligned to the Supply Chain and Operations annual and strategic plans and the overall business strategic plan.What you’ll be responsible for:Provide leadership support to the HR team around key areas (policies and procedures, objective setting, reward and recognition, performance management, talent management, employee engagement, leadership development)Support the design and implementation of people strategies and activities.Negotiate enterprise bargaining agreements.Provide strategic, value-add business partnerships.Develop, monitor, and build organizational capability.Implement training, learning & development requirements as needed.Execute strategic HR initiatives.Provide leadership and coaching, and support change and improvement initiatives.Manage external relationships including Unions and vendors.Support the co-design and implementation of operating plans to attract, motivate, and retain employees and drive desired business performance outcomes.About you:Ideally 10 years' senior-level HR experience in FMCG.Demonstrated experience working within a unionized environment.Proven experience in driving HR strategies aligned with business goals.Strong understanding of industrial relations and legislative compliance.Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.Ability to deliver value-added insights from HR metrics and trends.Experience leading and executing HR projects is preferred.High levels of integrity and accountability—own your decisions and follow through.Solutions-focused approach—nothing is ever a problem!What can you expect in return?A supportive working environment (with plenty of snacks on hand!), career growth and mentoring opportunities, Birthday Leave, discounts on Retailers, onsite parking, and a focus on health and wellness (like Wellbeing Days!) to make your workplace more enjoyable!
