About the role In this role, you will offer exemplary, market leading service and be passionate about understanding your customers and their challenges, with solutions at hand. As an expert in your customers’ purchasing habits you will thoughtfully advise them on how Lincoln Sentry can meet their current requirements and also anticipate their future needs. Success in this role will be building solid and profitable relationships with your customer base and becoming their trusted advisor, as you assist them by servicing sales over the phone or help them with purchasing through our online service.
