We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in a leadership role.
About the Position
* Provide accurate and comprehensive cost advice, including pricing estimates and cost plans.
* Prepare and review project cost reports, forecasts, and cash flows to ensure smooth delivery.
* Conduct detailed trade and elemental take-offs to inform budgeting decisions.
* Evaluate completed work for valuations and prepare payment claims.
* Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to achieve commercial goals.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building, Engineering, or related field.
* Proven experience in QS roles, open to candidates from civil, infrastructure, or commercial backgrounds.
* Strong understanding of drawings, documentation, and commercial project delivery principles.
* Able to thrive in dynamic project environments and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Proficient in industry software such as MS Office, Buildsoft, CostX.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Valid Australian working rights required.
