As the Hotels Maintenance Supervisor (Part Time), you will be the go-to for any servicing or repairs the hotel may require.
You will work with the Manager and the team, along with each of department managers to ensure the hotel is in top shape.
As a supervisor, your job duties are to inspect and repair various energy systems, such as the heating and cooling systems, plumbing, lighting, and kitchen equipment .
You also assist with repairing floors, roofs, and doors and installing new products, such as windows, carpets, and light fixtures.
All of them not limited to ; Conduct regular maintenance of all air conditioners, heaters and fans Ensure all gardens and plant areas in the hotel are sufficiently landscaped so that greenery is presentable and outdoor areas are litter free Oversee the pool testing and ensure this area is maintained in accordance with legislation relating to pools Be fully knowledgeable with departmental fire and evacuation procedures and oversee the fire management system (including equipment, alarm system and procedures) in conjunction with HR and the GM, ensuring fire tests are conducted according to legislation.

As our Supervisor, you will ideally have previous experience as the same position or maintenance person in hotels or similar establishments.
You will have great interpersonal skills which will allow you to build relationships with other departments, contractors and third parties.
You have the ability to analyze situations, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions is critical for resolving issues and preventing future problems also bring knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
You won't be afraid to get your hands dirty, and you will drive through your daily tasks with great enthusiasm
