We have an exciting max‐term opportunity available for a Resourcing Advisor to join our People and Change team for 18 months. Reporting to our Resourcing Business Partner, you will partner with business leaders across Sunwater to provide full end‐to‐end recruitment processes including strategic sourcing, screening, interviewing and managing the offer and background screening processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand recruitment needs and provide strategic sourcing solutions.
• Screen, interview and shortlist candidates for all levels of the organization.
• Manage the offer process and coordinate background screening.
• Provide coaching and advice to stakeholders.
• Develop talent pools and make optimal selection decisions.
• Work within a rapid‐paced internal recruitment environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in recruitment.
• Experience working with or within a government owned corporation within the water/utilities industry is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence at all levels.
• Well‐developed capabilities in coaching and providing advice to stakeholders.
• Experience with recruitment systems including ATS (PageUp preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Talent Search.
• Strong ability to develop talent pools to enable optimal selection decisions.
• Ability to work within a rapid‐paced internal recruitment environment.
