Body Corporate Manager Job Description
This role involves managing a portfolio of 130 properties, providing administrative support and working closely with the building team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Responsibilities include property management tasks such as entry, exits and routine inspections, responding to tenant inquiries, handling leasing properties and coordinating with contractors and tradespeople.
* Must have a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills and outstanding communication skills.
* A QLD Certificate of Registration is highly desirable and knowledge of relevant legislation is essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience in property management, preferably in Body Corporate, Building Management or Caretaking.
* Strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
* Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
