The Opportunity
* 12 Month Fixed Term Contract / Full Time
* Hybrid Work - 2 days in the office
Reporting to Member Administration Manager, this role will be responsible for managing complex queries and ensuring that all processes meet business requirements. Your expertise on accumulation and retirement products will be crucial to ensure high-quality service standards, identifying process improvements, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
This position offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and driving efficiency in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Support End-to-End Administration: Manage Pension payments and retirement products, including member account creation, transaction processing, and account servicing.
* Technical Support and Escalation: Provide technical support to the Benefits team and serve as a point of escalation for complex queries.
* Training and Development: Support regular team training on transaction processing and new system enhancements.
* Process Improvement: Investigate exception issues, resolve errors, and identify trends to support process improvements.
* Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure business rules are maintained in line with guidelines and conduct peer reviews to minimise errors.
* Documentation and Communication: Assist in drafting and maintaining procedure guides and prepare written correspondence to members and third parties such as solicitors.
About You
To excel in this role, you have excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly are essential. Able to demonstrate service excellence, possess advanced PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, and be willing to undergo training to learn new tasks. As a motivated and detail-oriented professional, you have a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Proficient in complex administrative processes such as RetireAccess, DirectAccess, Family Law, and Defined Benefits. Your ability to navigate these specialised areas will be crucial in providing technical support and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Additionally you have:
* 3-5 years of relevant experience in a senior superannuation administration role
* Hold a current RG146 qualification (Required)
