Your new role
This role focuses on early candidate engagement and building pipelines to meet hiring targets.
As a pivotal member of the team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
* Identify Recruitment Needs - Collaborate with teams to assess site requirements and workforce gaps.
* Screen and Progress Candidates - Review applications, check credentials and working rights, conduct phone screens, and manage candidate communication.
* Coordinate Interviews and Checks - Schedule interviews, issue medical checklists, conduct reference checks, and organise police clearances.
* Recruitment and Onboarding - Draft job ads, build candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, prepare contracts, and support diversity targets.
* HR Systems and Reporting - Maintain data in Workday, ensure compliance, and complete monthly and quarterly reporting.
What you will need to succeed
* Customer service and high-volume call centre experience
* Strong results focus and performance mindset
* Proficient in MS Office and quick with systems
* Clear communicator with strong stakeholder skills
* HR studies and security industry experience (desirable)
