* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Familiarity with computer-based service tools and parts catalogues
* Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required
* Good planning, time management, and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently

* LR or MR Vehicle Licence
* Air Conditioning Handling Licence
