The Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our Coolum Beach team in both permanent and casual roles. You’ll be a key part of our day-to-day operations — from dispatching customer orders to managing stock and processing returns. If you love being organised, hands-on, and part of a fast-moving environment, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Pick & Pack
- Carefully pick and pack customer orders to meet daily targets.
- Ensure each order is beautifully prepared, reflecting the Dharma Bums standard.
Stock Management & Stock Take
- Help keep our stock levels accurate and up to date.
- Replenish, organise, and rotate stock.
- Report and help resolve any stock discrepancies.
Returns Processing
- Receive, check, and process customer returns with care.
Intake & Deliveries
- Assist with receiving and checking inbound deliveries.
- Record intake details in our systems.
- Keep the warehouse tidy, organised, and running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- A reliable team player with good communication skills.
- Organised, proactive, and ready to pitch in wherever needed.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is great, but not essential — we’ll provide training.

Pay: $28.28 – $35.00 per hour
