The opportunity You will be the Brisbane‑based coordinator for state‑wide marketing activity across QLD, partnering closely with Regional and Location Managers to plan, deliver and optimise campaigns that reflect national priorities while resonating deeply at a local level. What you will do Coordinate and execute multi‑channel campaigns (digital, social, print, out‑of‑home), including brand photography and collateral. Act as the go‑to liaison for the in‑house design team; brief, manage and track creative for leaflets, event flyers, banners and POS. Lead local area marketing and community engagement with regional teams; support and activate events across the state. Maintain content libraries (SharePoint, photographic library, Inform/Marketing Connect) to keep assets accurate and accessible. Partner with external agencies; dispatch logos/artwork, manage schedules and ensure brand consistency. Track invoices against media schedules; raise POs, code and receipt correctly; liaise with Accounts Payable to keep suppliers on time. Report status, milestones and deliverables in WIP sessions with funeral leadership. What you will bring Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, PR or Communications (degree preferred). 2-3 years' experience in a similar marketing coordination role. Strong grasp of traditional and digital tools; confident across Word, Excel (intermediate), Outlook and PowerPoint. Polished stakeholder skills; clear written and verbal communication; strengths in planning and prioritising. Emotional maturity and empathy; at ease with the sensitive nature of our services and the expression of grief. Preparedness to travel statewide and attend agreed events outside normal business hours.
