About the Opportunity
Mobys is looking for a talented and experienced head chef to join our team.
About you
• Loves, lives and breathes food
• Has a passion for hospitality and providing the best for guests
• Has at least two years in a head chef or senior sous chef role of an equivalent venue
• Desire to deliver innovative food concepts
• Proven ability to manage and drive financial aspects of the kitchen operation including wages and food costs
• An energetic and enthusiastic leader – making work fun and enjoyable for your team whilst getting the job done.
• Strong leader with proactive communication, management and training skills
• Forward thinker, confident with all aspects of running a busy successful kitchen both in and out of service.
• Strong understanding of food safety applications
