The Role An exciting opportunity exists for a highly organised and proactive Student Wellbeing Administrator to join the Student Wellbeing Centre. Working closely with the Dean of Students, Associate Dean of Students, Student Psychologists and the Careers and Pathways Counsellor, this role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of student wellbeing services. You will be the central point of coordination, providing high‑level administrative and reception support to a busy, purpose‑driven team dedicated to student care and success. This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a school environment and wants to make a genuine contribution to student wellbeing. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Team Support Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Student Wellbeing team, including diary management, document preparation and record maintenance Assist with programs such as pastoral care initiatives, scholarship testing and citizenship awards Reception & Front‑of‑House Act as a warm and professional first point of contact for students, parents and visitors Manage enquiries, schedule appointments and support student engagement with wellbeing services Events & Program Coordination Assist with the planning and delivery of key events including Careers Day, Positive Education initiatives, guest speaker sessions and QTAC evenings Records & Data Management Maintain accurate electronic records and databases relating to student reviews, special provisions and school funding applications Ensure confidentiality and attention to detail in all documentation Collaboration & Communication Liaise with internal staff and external agencies to support wellbeing programs Contribute to school communications including newsletters and the Family Handbook Office & Resource Coordination Manage stationery and resources, maintain an organised office environment Assist with audits and funding‑related administration as required Skills & Attributes To be successful in this role, you will bring: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents and staff Strong administrative capability with advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) Confidence using databases; experience with TASS is highly regarded Outstanding organisation, attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities A proactive, flexible and team‑focused approach Professional presentation, reliability and discretion Qualifications & Requirements Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a school or education setting A current Blue Card (or eligibility to obtain one) A genuine interest in student wellbeing and contributing to a supportive school community What’s in It for You?
