Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Office Coordinator to join our team.

* Schedule appointments with patients and healthcare providers ensuring efficient use of clinic time
* Manage incoming and outgoing communications including phone calls and emails in a professional manner
* Process patient billing and accounts maintaining accurate records
* Maintain up-to-date records ensuring compliance with regulations

Requirements:

* Previous medical administration experience preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and healthcare providers
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure quality service
