About the Role:
* Lead support teams to deliver hands-on assistance to clients in residential settings.
* Oversee daily operations with confidence and clarity.
* Implement individual support plans, including Positive Behaviour Support and complex Health Care Plans.
* Foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Manage incident reports and roster scheduling efficiently.

You'll bring:
* Certificate III in Disability and/or Individual Support (essential).
* Willingness to obtain required checks: Blue Card, Yellow Card, First Aid, CPR, Fit2Work, and a valid driver's licence with comprehensive insurance.
* Experience in Disability and Aged Care, particularly with complex behaviours and mental health challenges.
* Proven leadership in staff management and site coordination.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Effective problem-solving abilities with a systematic approach.
