We're seeking experienced Grader Operators to join our growing team across regional and remote QLD and NSW locations initially. Work on a variety of civil and mining DIDO projects and enjoy competitive pay, flights (for FIFO), accommodation, meals, and paid travel time, with allowances if using your own vehicle, plus a sign-on bonus. Future FIFO opportunities across Australia are also available.
What You Bring...
* Operating graders with final trim operations and other heavy plant machinery in a safe and effective manner + the preparation, positioning and general care & maintenance of plant for operation.
* Hold, or willing to obtain, Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical (CBM).\
* Hold, or willing to obtain, RII ticket (or equivalent) and relevant certifications.
* Hold a valid Australian Driver's Licence and General Construction Induction (White) Card.
* A commitment to safe work practices and adherence to WHS and environmental requirements. Knowledge of civil construction, earthworks, drainage, or agriculture is a plus.
* Comfortable with project-dependent DIDO/FIFO rosters and willing to work across multiple sites Australia-wide.
